Clinical Pilates Classes
Initial Pilates Assessment – 60 mins

Required before joining classes. We assess your movement, injuries and goals to ensure exercises are safe and effective.
Clinical Pilates Class (Small Group – Max 6)
$45 per session**
Individualised exercises in a small group setting using reformer and studio equipment.
Pilates Packs Available
Discounted multi-class packs are available after your initial assessment, ask our team or book online.
We offer flexible class packs to support your ongoing progress while keeping sessions affordable.
3 Class Pack - $114

Class packs can be used for physio-led Clinical Pilates sessions and are ideal if you plan to attend regularly.
Private health rebates for class packs cannot be processed at each class.
If you would like to claim rebates:

Your invoice will be emailed to you after the final class in your pack is completed

You can then submit this invoice directly to your private health fund for reimbursement

Includes video gait analysis, strength and mobility assessment, and a tailored plan to address technique, efficiency and injury risk.
Home visit physiotherapy is available for patients who are unable to attend the clinic or would benefit from treatment in their own environment.
This service is commonly used for:

Private health rebates are available for Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Clinical Pilates, depending on your fund and level of cover.
We offer on-the-spot claims via HICAPS for your convenience.
We offer a $10 discount on eligible appointments for:

We do not bulk bill Medicare Chronic Disease Management (GP CCMP) plans.

Appointment Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee.
