We understand that maintaining your health and wellness is important. That's why we offer a range of services, including physio, massage, and clinical pilates, at competitive prices. Private health rebates are available for all of our services depending on your health fund coverage.

Classes
Private health rebates must be claimed manually for all class packages. We will email through your invoice upon completion of your package.
Remedial Massage Therapy
We strongly recommend 60 minutes for your first session to allow our massage therapist enough time to get to know your body.
