Forward Health Group Cancellation Policy
At Forward Health, we value your time and care deeply about providing the best possible service for you. Your appointment time is set aside just for you, and our team works hard to ensure your experience is as smooth and supportive as possible. To help us stay fair to all our patients and manage the costs of running our small business, we kindly ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy:
We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with the following conditions:
-If changes are made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will apply
-For clinical pilates classes, a 100% cancellation fee applies for late cancellations or missed classes
-A 50% deposit is required for all initial massage therapy, physiotherapy and osteopathy bookings
