Clinical Pilates Policy
Before commencing classes
We require all new clients to be seen for a Pilates Prescreen Assessment before commencing classes. This allows us to address any current/previous injuries, along with any mobility, strength, or balance issues. You will receive a complimentary pair of grip socks during this assessment to be worn during your Clinical Pilates classes.
Class payments
Pilates Prescreen Assessments - $120
Clients can then book in for a trial class ($35), after which a class package must be purchased.
Health fund claiming
Health fund claiming is available for all Clinical Pilates related appointments and classes. Upon the completion of a Class Package, we will provide you with your invoices and payment receipt statements for you to submit manually for your health fund rebate.
Cancellation and no-show policy
We have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy for all Clinical Pilates Classes. An automated SMS reminder with a cancellation link will be sent out 48 hours prior to all classes to help remind you if you need to cancel / reschedule - this link is valid up until 24 hours before the class. Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will require full payment or use up a class from your package.
If you need to cancel any of your booked classes, you can do so by:
-Calling or attending the clinic to cancel
-Using the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email
-Using the cancellation link we send out 48 hours prior to your class
What to wear and bring
Please bring the following to your Clinical Pilates related appointments and classes:

Towel

Water Bottle

Pilates Grip Socks (can be purchased at the clinic)
Please wear comfortable activewear for your classes. For safety and hygiene purposes, grip socks must be worn during classes.
