Forward Health Returns Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for any products purchased from Forward Health.
Conditions & Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Product must be unused/unworn and returned in the same condition that it was purchased

Product must be returned with original packaging (i.e, tags must still be on)

Proof of purchase must be provided (or name product was purchased under)
Conditions NOT covered by Returns Policy:

Refunds/exchanges will not be offered for change of mind

-Refunds/exchanges will not be offered if the product has been used/worn or is not returned in the condition it was purchased in
