Forward Health Returns Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for any products purchased from Forward Health.

 

Conditions & Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

• Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Product must be unused/unworn and returned in the same condition that it was purchased

• Product must be returned with original packaging (i.e, tags must still be on)

• Proof of purchase must be provided (or name product was purchased under)

 

Conditions NOT covered by Returns Policy:

• Refunds/exchanges will not be offered for change of mind

• -Refunds/exchanges will not be offered if the product has been used/worn or is not returned in the condition it was purchased in

• Refunds/exchanges will not be offered if the original packaging has not been returned

• Refunds/exchanges will not be offered i proof of purchase cannot be provided by customer
